Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
